Registration must be completed through the Canada Visit Registration site using your iKey ID and password.
Only one person per household is required to complete registration on behalf of all household members.

All individuals planning to attend the visit must be included in the household registration, including youth, seniors, caregivers, and inter-faith spouses/partners.

You will need to create an iKey account before registering by visiting the create your account page. Only one iKey account is required per household.

No. Your iKey credentials (username and password) are required to log in to the Canada Visit Registration site.
You must complete and submit your Canada Visit registration online in order to attend the Visit.

Yes. You may select which household members to include from iKey in your registration — there is no requirement to copy everyone over.

Once the information is transferred into the Canada Visit Registration site, all details are fully editable, including names, contact information, and dates of birth. You may review and update information as needed before submitting your registration.

To complete registration, you will need a device with internet access, front-facing photos of each household member (or access to a device with a front-facing camera), and personal details for each member (full legal name, date of birth, and contact information).

No, only one registration is required per household. During registration, you will be asked to complete a profile for each household member.

Yes. Caregivers must be included as part of the household registration.
Please indicate the caregiver relationship in the 'Relationship Status' section of the registration form.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the confirmation email to arrive after successful registration. If you do not receive it after this time, please check your junk or spam folder. You may also log in to the Canada Visit Registration website to verify your status. If your profile shows “Awaiting Validation,” this indicates that your registration has been successfully submitted. We are aware that some households are not receiving a confirmation email, and our technical team is actively working to resolve this issue.

Yes, you can update registration details directly within your Canada Visit Registration account while your profile is under validation. 
Once the profile status changes to 'Approved', any further updates will need to be requested by contacting ACCESS.

'Awaiting Validation' means that your registration has been successfully submitted. You will be notified when to attend Jamat Khana to validate your family member details.

All family or household members do not need to be physically present.
 
The Registration Care Desk is available to answer questions and support you if you need assistance with the online process.

An Access Wristband is required for entry into the Didar hall. 
Closer to the Canada Visit date, you will receive an email with instructions on Access Token pick-up.

Participation is limited to residents of Canada. For a full list of eligibility criteria, please review the Eligibility page.

During registration, each individual will be asked to select their Primary Jamatkhana.
You will then be asked to respond to the question: "I will participate in ceremonies as part of a different Jamatkhana."
 
If you are unable to attend the March Visit, please select "Yes" and choose the applicable exception reason, along with a detailed explanation.
Your request will be reviewed during the Validation period.
 
Please note that transfers to a different region are subject to approval.

Yes. While the March visit is limited to members residing in Ontario, Quebec & Maritimes regions, members in British Columbia, Prairies & Edmonton regions are encouraged to register now for future visit(s).

If you are eligible in multiple countries, you must select one country only.
To prevent overlap, National Councils in the respective countries will be notified, and individuals will be required to confirm their selection through a signed declaration.
